For Nvidia, the current generations include the Hopper, Ampere, and Ada Lovelace architectures. We also buy older generations, including GPUs based on Turing and Volta architectures. We also buy Jetson kits and other integrated system hardware. For AMD the current generations include the Instinct (CDNA architecture), Radeon Pro 7000 series (RDNA 3 architecture) Radeon Pro 6000 series (RDNA 2 architecture). We specialize in GPUs but will purchase nearly any processor or server component. The best way to determine if we’ll buy it is to send us your hardware list using the above form. We respond to everyone, even those who have hardware we don’t purchase. How do you determine the value of AI hardware components? We essentially track the prices of most components on the open market and base our offers on a discount to market pricing. We adjust for the condition and quantity if necessary. Are there any fees or other costs to consider outside of the offer amount? No, the offer we send will be the amount you are paid. Typically we provide prepaid labels for shipping, when shipping. We don’t charge any fees for picking up the hardware in-person. The only other costs to consider are those that you incur when trying to sell the hardware yourself – your time, platform fees, shipping and packaging costs, fraud, and buyer returns. How do I ship my AI equipment to you? This is typically best handled on a case-by-case basis and depends on your capabilities and resources. In every case, we provide detailed instructions for safe handling and packing for transport. We cover shipping costs by providing prepaid labels. This reduces cost of shipping as we receive volume discounts for package service and freight. How long does it take to get paid? We pay upon completion of our initial inspection and testing. Typically this is handled the same or the next business day. If we’re meeting in person and we’re picking up your hardware, we complete inspection and testing on the spot and pay upfront. What condition should the AI components be in? Our offers are made based on the description you provide. We can purchase components in any condition, as long as they’re accurately described. For used items, we assume that they will be in good, working condition without corrosion or broken parts. For items to be considered new, they should be still sealed in the packaging from the manufacturer. Is there a return policy if you reject my hardware? We typically don’t reject hardware. We will adjust our offer if the item condition deviates significantly from the condition described in our agreement. If you decide you don’t want to sell some or all of your AI components, we will ship them back to you. Can I sell AI equipment in bulk? We mainly deal in bulk as one or two AI chips or GPUs are generally easy to sell on your own. When it comes to larger amounts or specialized AI servers, our services help cut down on the amount of effort and time required to get a fair price on the open market. How do you ensure privacy and data security? In most cases, private data is not retained in AI servers. Storage is wiped using industry-standard equipment according to recommended practices outlined in the R2 standard. Any packaging or other personally identifiable labeling is removed and destroyed during our receiving and intake process. What happens to the hardware after purchase? We resell, repurpose or recycle every component. It is in our interest to ensure that nothing goes in the landfill. We follow E-stewards guidance regarding e-waste and partner with local e-waste recyclers for anything that can’t be repurposed or resold.
